Go from numbers to understanding.
The Assistant brings together campaign results, call transcripts, QA evaluations and agent performance to help you understand what happened and where to look next.
Follow up naturally: “Break that down by agent.” “Now compare it with last week.” “Show me the calls behind those numbers.”
- Charts built only from figures it has looked up
- Cards for the calls, contacts, campaigns and agents it mentions
- Playable quotes from the calls it has read
- Suggested follow-ups, and a question back when a choice would change the answer
- Saved questions your team can reuse, and schedules that send the answer where you choose
You decide what changes.
Most of the Assistant’s tools only read. The ones that change something follow your permissions, and the biggest steps wait for you.
Nothing starts without you.
