1.Overview
This page outlines the sub-processors that DialCru has engaged under the DialCru Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to perform processing activities on Customer Personal Data, as defined in the DPA, on behalf of our customers. The relevant sub-processors for a particular customer depend on the DialCru Service utilized and the customer’s region.
DialCru uses two categories of sub-processors: internal DialCru entities that support DialCru Services and external third-party providers contracted to deliver a DialCru Service. DialCru commits to updating this page on a regular basis before any new sub-processor is engaged.
The DialCru entities providing support activities only process Customer Personal Data if shared by the customer during support requests. The location of processing will be determined by the location of the customer’s end users.
